My approach is centered on the idea that everything we desire in life (health, mental calm, fulfillment) can be accessed when we reconnect with our body.

Most people are going through life unknowingly disconnected from their body:

living in stress, overthinking, running through mental to-do lists, constant notifications, scrolling social media, and following health/fitness advice focused on tracking vs. feeling what your body needs.

We live in a world that disconnects us from our bodies and keeps us stuck in our minds - the very place where stress & self-sabotage live.

All of this creates:

~ lack of innate, physical motivation for exercise & healthy eating

~ self-sabotage, feeling "lazy" & inconsistency w/ new habits

~ stress, anxiety, feeling like you can't turn your brain off, burnout & lack of fulfillment
