As a personal trainer, mind-body coach & mindfulness guide of 15 years, I help women rediscover true balance and healthy living — not by escaping real life, but by learning how to live well inside of it.

MY

STORY

I started my career in traditional fitness working at a gym with a lot of meatheads, for lack of a better word. Initially, this was supposed to be a quick stepping stone to corporate wellness, lol.

Well, I quickly realized this intense & rigid approach to "health" wasn't for me. In fact, my own body began to break down on me with debilitating back pain (I have 2 rods in my back from severe scoliosis in adolescence).

So I began to seek more in-depth specializations, work with clients who desired a more balanced approach to their health like myself, and help people with deeper struggles - pain (I had healed mine), mobility, aging bodies, deeply engrained food habits, body image struggles, beliefs that they couldn't lose weight or stay consistent, etc.

This really lit me up - to help people truly be healthy in all senses of the word, and to show them that anything is possible. That any body can be healthy, fit & strong - no matter your schedule, lifestyle, your body's "limitations", or your past.

When we moved from Arizona back to California, I took a pause from my business (as I navigated a shift in my business' niche) to work with my business mentor - in a very toxic, advertising sales career for fitness studios.

I got caught in the rat race and began experiencing intense monthly neck & back spasms. This led me down a path of mindfulness, learning to heal stress, anxiousness, burnout & find balance as an innate high-achiever (I was raised on the East Coast in a very competitive town, and am a Capricorn after all, lol).

When my first daughter was born, I began sharing mindfulness in the journey of motherhood and postpartum. I slowly started to understand how to piece all of my personal & professional experiences together. To help women live balanced, healthy, joyful lives in all senses of the word - no matter what season of life they are in.

Now, I help women with:

- prenatal & postpartum fitness & core rehab

- low-impact bodyweight strength training

- back pain, flexibility, fall prevention

- menopause, longevity & strength in 50s, 60s, 70s+

- healthy lifestyle & food habits

- body image & disordered eating

- stress, burnout, mindfulness & life coaching

But at the root of it all? Your mind and your body have to be on the same page.

If your mind is unknowingly running the show - it shows up as lack of motivation, fatigue, pain, stress, self-sabotage, burnout, inconsistency, lack of results & lack of fulfillment.

Because balanced living isn't a perfect life with no stressors - it's having the strength (in mind & body) to handle whatever life throws at you.
