a self-paced online program
how to finally cultivate a balanced relationship with your body, exercise, food + self - without gym or diet culture.
for the woman that desires physical strength and inner peace.
all through the power of body presence - rooted in the neuroscience of mindfulness + epigenetics.
does your relationship with your body, exercise or food sound like this?
imagine if, instead, you wake up and...
Flip everything you've been taught about the body on its head.
You've probably been taught by the fitness and "wellness" industry to focus on diet and exercise plans FIRST and foremost.
But, the problem with this approach? Is that whether with a fabulous meal plan, an "I'll just eat less + workout more" mentality, or even a personal trainer....
....you become even more disconnected from your body.
And when you're disconnected from your body? Of course, your relationship with your body will feel hard.
Instead, Love Your Body For Good is rooted in the neuroscience of mindfulness and "body presence".
This is the exact reason most people struggle to find a balanced relationship with their body that doesn't feel like a chore or punishment.
They're not even in their body.
They're living in the mind, disconnected from the body, which always results in:
Yet when you deepen your physical connection to your body + live from a place of body presence?
[body presence]: a state in which one moves through any ordinary daily life moment not living in the mind, but instead in the body and the present moment.
You can finally:
Please note: This is not a "workout" program. This is a program to heal your relationship with your body so that you can come to the place of genuinely feeling motivated yourself to take care of your body in a simple, loving, intuitive way (vs. the body-punishing, restrictive ways of gym-diet culture). This program is primarily coaching-oriented, while some lessons may be more physical in nature. You will be guided, as the program progresses, in the direction of "plans" (not rigid, and aligned with your lifestyle) of what to do daily/weekly for your body as far as exercise, food, etc. Trust the process ;). This is the whole point of this program - not rushing into the exercise and food "stuff" first. Lastly, you are receiving lifetime access to this course, so while the topics below are absolutely the foundational philosophies of this course, they are not all encompassing. They also may be titled/sequenced differently as I continually update the programs to be most effective for you + your journey :).
Important Disclaimer: I know when it comes to struggling with your relationship with your body, specifically body image, certain terms like "working out" and "fitness" can be triggering. I don't generally use these terms, as they don't encourage a body-loving approach to movement and a genuine desire to interact with your body. However, you may see some below, for the sake of simplicity and the limitations of "marketing". Know that we discuss in depth how to deal with feeling triggered by health, fitness + wellness jargon. This is part of the work <3.

"Yes, but, don't I need to just work out more + eat less? Is this going to be 'enough?'"
"I don't know if this is realistic/possible for me - I have a busy career/kids and I'm too tired or don't have time."
"My food + body image issues are deeply engrained and I've tried everything."
"My body feels broken, like nothing works, so this probably won't either."
"I'll never be one of those 'fitness' people."
"I'm too much of a foodie - I don't know if I really want to just eat healthy foods."
"I just have bad genes. I think my body will just always be 'fat'".
"When I eat anything other than vegetables, I get fat. I don't know if I really want to change my eating habits."
"I think I'm just a lazy person - I don't know if I'll ever want to be active."
"I have pain/injuries - can I really see physical changes in my body if I'm limited in what I can do?"
#1: These are all the exact beliefs that are holding you back from what you desire with your body, exercise + food.
This is exactly why this work works - because we don't just try to override your beliefs, thoughts + feelings about your body/exercise/food and try to get you to literally muscle your way through.
Most other approaches get you to try to change your behaviors first (for ex - "just follow these workouts!" or "only eat this!" or "just love yourself!"), without realizing that your behaviors won't change unless your beliefs change first.
It all comes back to body presence. Because when you've learned to be physically present in your body, that means you've learned how to quiet the mind + rewire old counterproductive beliefs. This is exactly what we do inside Love Your Body For Good, so you can finally be full steam ahead.
#2: (When you understand this point, everything will shift for you. This is a sneak peek into our 1st module together!)
The above statements are all attempting to be mental motivations vs. physical motivations. This indicates a physical disconnection from the body.
And when there's a physical disconnection from the body - you simply will struggle to have a body you truly love. This physical disconnection from the body shows up in 7 distinct ways (hint, the 7 modules of the program!):
...then without deepening your physical connection to your body?
Of course, it's going to continue to be hard to ever have a body you genuinely love.
"Working with Mel, her programs and her meditations, has surprised and astonished me in the best possible way.
I came to her to work on my relationship with myself, my body image, my body/food/movement, and my overall happiness in life. I have experienced a mindfulness evolution that has already – and continues to - change the way I see myself, my relationship with my body/body image, and my life in profoundly amazing ways. I finally feel free from spending almost all of my time consumed by thoughts of my body/food, which I honestly wasn't sure was possible. I am finally infusing movement into my day in a way that feels natural and enjoyable versus full of pressure/perfectionism.
If you believe in mindfulness and self-healing as I do, I can’t imagine a better practitioner and teacher than Mel. She truly puts her heart and soul into her work, and it shows; she’s authentic and hilarious and I’m so grateful to be working with her!"

This has held true since 1959, i.e. for 60 years, when the 1st study on dieting for weight loss was published.
Women who have higher "intuitive eating" scores (i.e. have a greater physical connection to body/body cues) are more likely to maintain a healthy body weight + less likely to gain weight.
Mindfulness is a predictor of higher-self esteem, and is truly the only way to learn acceptance of self and contentment in the present moment.

When I decided to invest in myself by hiring a personal trainer, I knew I was searching for a "unicorn". It was important to me to find someone who was not going to promote diet culture, but would instead take a holistic approach. I wanted someone who understood the mind/body connection and how imperative it would be to have the two work together in unity. I honestly didn't think a trainer like Mel existed. She is all of this and so much more! In fact, she is far more than a personal trainer.
I can't say enough about the value Mel provides her clients. First and foremost, she genuinely cares for her clients and takes a vested interest in them. She works to get to know you and dives deep into identifying what needs to be worked on at a core level. The vast majority of personal trainers I've come in contact with focus on the external body. Hence, results can be fleeting. This is not Mel. On the contrary, she focuses on the internal beliefs and blocks that stand in the way of achieving your goals (really on every level). She then comes up with tangible ways to create new habits, patterns and behaviors that not only lead to lasting results but more so genuine transformation.
In a mere couple of months, Mel has helped me strengthen my mind and body, repair my relationship with food, and help me step into a higher version of myself. She continues to support my healing journey overall. I guarantee you will not find another trainer/coach who is as genuine, gifted, insightful, intuitive, thoughtful and skilled as Mel.

This program is designed to help this be a once-in-a-lifetime investment, in the sense that this will solve this whole "body thing" for you for good.
I laugh because, I've been told it's not a very good "business model" (rather than being a traditional personal trainer who handcuffs people to me to keep paying me to take them through "workout" after "workout").
But, that approach doesn't actually help you. What happens when you go on vacation? When you move? When you need to cut the budget and can't pay someone to be your accountability buddy anymore?
Wouldn't it be better to pay once (and way less than the thousands of dollars that some people pay for only ONE MONTH of personal training + gym memberships, let alone $1000-$5000 on silly gym equipment that ends up as a good laundry hanger) to figure out how to be your own accountability forever? And in fact, not even need "accountability" because you instead have such a vastly different relationship with your body that feels natural + genuine?
This is why I structure it this way. So you can simply be empowered for yourself, within your body, for life.
Private coaching with me starts at $1499+/mo, but to make this as accessible as possible, Love Your Body For Good is only:
or 2 payments of $279!
And on top of that...
you can even pay in 6 payments of only $99!
because I truly want to make this as simple as possible for you to truly experience the freedom and joy that comes from healing your relationship with your body once and for all.
If, after participating in the entire program, you feel as though you have truly gained nothing, I will give you all of your money back. I've never had to do this yet because my work is deep and all-encompassing and built off 12+ years of understanding how to help create change within. However, I know sometimes doing something new can feel scary. I'd love for this to feel as simple as possible for you to gift this opportunity to yourself, with literally zero risk. Simply personally email me at melanieddaly@gmail.com :).
Join the incredible women inside Love Your Body For Good for deep healing + transformation - physically, mentally, inside and out.
The program is a carefully curated (over 13+ years helping women with their minds + bodies) combination of mind + body work, as this is the only way to truly create deep change. You can expect the program to start off with deeper mindfulness + coaching work, to create the foundation for lasting change and the ability to experience wholeness + inner peace with your self + your body.
Then, as time goes on, we get into more of the "practical", "logistical" aspects of movement + food (as far as recommendations for what a day or week in the life might look like for you with non-punishing, non-restrictive, body-loving rituals, meals, movement types, etc.). This is where my mindset + behavior change coaching becomes essential - to work through the resistance that arises when we start to work towards implementing new habits in the realm of movement + food ;). There will not be strict "workout plans" or "meal plans" - that defeats the whole purpose of this program and empowering you to deepen your connection with what works best for your body :).
The video modules will be a combination of teaching, coaching + Q+A. You will receive weekly healing meditations, guided audios + other resources. and over the course of the program, depending on the energy of the group, you may receive movement videos for "workouts", and/or group opportunities for movement together.
For the physical work, no equipment is needed. A core philosophy is simplicity. Having a genuine, dedicated relationship with your body means there is consistency, and consistency comes from simplicity ;).
This is the whole point of the program, finding a sustainable rhythm of taking care of your body/self in a way that works for your lifestyle. Thus, there’s no “set” amount of time, rather, we will be crafting what works for you together over the course of the program. so for some people 10-30 mins/day, or for others 60 mins/day, some people 3 days per week, some people 7 days a week ;).
As far as the actual activities for the program inclusions, the videos can either be watched in 10-20 min increments on your own time (what I do as a busy mom!), or all at once (each video module is approx. 90 mins total).
The other things that would require “time” are all about infusing this INTO your already existing routines, i.e. no added time. This is so you can learn to *live* from this way of being in the midst of "real life", rather than needing to add more things to your to do list. So for instance, many of the weekly guided meditations/audios are encouraged to be done *while* living your life (while walking, cleaning, laying in bed, while eating lunch, etc), as an “eyes open” meditation, so it truly integrates rather than only being able to think/feel differently on a meditation pillow or something ;).
The whole intention of the program is that it truly sets you up for a *lifetime*, rather than a quick fix scheme, so while it was originally run live over 12 weeks, you could absolutely go through LYBFG at a slower pace and deeply benefit. In fact, the idea is to keep integrating and refining the principles long after the program - to truly live this, for a lifetime.
Yes - you really will! While I am not in the group 24/7, I aim to answer as many questions as possible, particularly the ones that serve the collective the most and and would likely be something else wants answered too. If you don't get a response back from me within 2-3 days, simple repost your question or tag me to bring it back to my attention! This is an INCREDIBLE way to access the depth of my private coaching support (and to give yourself more added accountability in a self-led program), so I highly recommend taking advantage of it. Even if you don't know what to ask and aren't usually particularly active in group things, just simply tell me about yourself and what you're working on and I'll intuitively share some advice for you :). I'm here to support your growth as much as humanly possible.
I get it, we've all felt like "ahhh can this really work for ME?" Go back and re-read the section above addressing all the fear-based self-limiting beliefs that may come up and how these are the exact beliefs that have been keeping your desired body/relationship with your body at arms length for you - AND how these are the exact beliefs we work to heal, so you can finally experience the change you desire.
Secondly - resistance is a normal and EXPECTED part of the process and is simply your brain literally attempting to conserve energy, maintain the status quo + familiarity. Just know that feeling resistance means you're barking up the right tree ;). If it felt familiar + easy, it would mean you already knew how to do all of this, and wouldn't need it!
The real key to finally changing food/exercise/life habits is learning how to take action in the face of resistance. This is something we actively address IN DEPTH in Module 1, so that you are no longer in the habit of listening to your mind's resistance, and instead, learn how to listen to your body, to finally move you forward.
I am soooo beyond excited for you and honored to be a part of your journey! Truly, when you deepen your relationship with your body, every single area of your life changes. Get ready for some magic!
Simply fill out the information below and you are in! You'll receive your login info right away after purchase, and shortly after that you will receive access to the community group/coaching chat! I can't wait to connect with you! <3 Mel
