It's time we peel back the curtain on our modern body culture and reconnect to our bodies in the way they were always meant to be lived in.
I started with Mel + her program in hopes to love myself more and hopefully learn to live a healthier lifestyle after years of struggling with “all or nothing” mindsets, negative self talk / beliefs and struggling to stick to workout plans and meal plans.
The past few weeks with Mel (and her meditations/program) have changed my mindset in ways I could have never imagined. I feel connected to myself again for the first time in years, more confident in my body, more at peace with my choices and overall happier than I was when I began only a month ago.
