While I was always drawn to the wellness path, the real catalyst for change was my own journey.

Years of (ironically) hustling in my wellness business led to taking a "break", in an even more toxic career.

To the naked eye, I was dedicated to my wellbeing and body. Yet...

..."squeezing in" intense workouts, living in "rat race brain", and the final straw of debilitating back pain + monthly neck spasms led me to realize...

This isn't working. All roads kept leading back to the body.

This was true regardless of whether I was aiming to :
